Really delete Sent Items (6.0)

Is there a way of cleaning out the “Sent Items” folder without having everything land in the “Deleted” folder? I’m trying to avoid double deleting.

With the file highlighted hold down the Shift key while hitting the Delete key. You should get a query asking if you really want to delete this file. Click Yes and it will be deleted without the file going to the Delete box.

You can also go to OE>tools>options>Maintenance and check the box that says, “empty messages from deleted items folder on exit”.

So whenever you leave OE, it will automatically delete all of the messages for you.
