I have Windows Ransomwear Protection activated and like it. One small annoyance is that when I install a new program (or often when I update an old one) it gets blocked, even if I have prechecked it for viruses. I then have to go to block history, OK the program, and then do the install again. Is there a way to authorize it in advance?

    Thanks

You can Add an allowed app and then select Browse all apps (instead of Recently blocked apps):

FWIW, I use Bitdefender Total antivirus and it has a very smooth process for ransomware protection that includes an easy way to permission any app with one click.
