I am trying to export a report with memo fields to Word in RTF format. However, the memo field seems to be randomly truncated near the end of the text so that not all the text carries over. For instance, the field may have from 100 to 1000 characters but, no matter how long the text, some will sometimes be lopped off the end. It doesn’t seem to depend on the length or position of the text. I can’t see any pattern at all. This doesn’t happen with all records, either. I can’t export by query only because I need to preserve the page formatting, and the text needs to be editable.

    Any ideas?
