RAND() Fix (Excel 2003)

Hello,
I see that Microsoft posted a fix for RAND(),RANDBETWEEN(), SLOPE(), INTERCEPT(), FORECAST(), and STEYX()
Excel 2003 Update: KB834691 . I know that you could have called to get the patch, but I didn’t have the time or money to spend on the phone from DK. My question: what about the other versions of Excel. I’m still using 2002. I do run quite a few simulations. Is there a fix for 2002?

Are the problems with SLOPE(), INTERCEPT(), FORECAST(), and STEYX() only in 2003?

Microsoft re-wrote the code behind the RAND() and other statistical functions in Excel 2003, so this error is only present in Excel 2003. As you are using 2002 there is no fix.
