It is a great spiritual practice (when done with thoughfulness)
All of us should remember
there are others who are ‘born’ less fortunate and then some are dealt with bad cards along the way
and none of us can gurantee our destiny (and what lies after death of the body)
no capitalist or communist or marxist or new age or whatever bloodline
we are all one and the same – under god/god force
