Radio TV Toolbar keeps reappearing, IE8

This is annoying. I keep hiding the Radio TV toolbar, but it keeps reappearing; seemingly at random. How can I just remove it?

Try uninstalling it via the control panel > add/remove programs (XP) or Programs and Features (Vista, Windows 7). For a more complete uninstall, download Revo Uninstaller and use it instead of the control panel app.

Thanks, that did it. I was looking in Internet Explorer for a way to delete it.

Mark, Is this something you installed? I do not remember ever seeing this. Perhaps it was piggybacked with another app. Many of the apps we use every day have toolbars piggybacked that have to be opted out of during the install. If this is the case the method Jerry mentions, esp Revo Uninstaller, would be ideal for the removal.

I think it came (uninvited) when I upgraded to IE8.

And I just discovered why I haven’t been getting email notifications lately! Setting was on “Control Panel Only”. I used to get them, and I don’t remember changing this setting.
