    Trying to add a new Quick Step to my Outlook 2010, but the list of available commands is limited. Is there a away to add “Edit Message” to the list of commands that can be put into a custom Quick Step?

      I doubt whether editing a message is regarded as a quick step. It’s designed for repetitive actions without variable processes.
