    Does anyone know anything about “invalid Page fault in module KERNEL32.DLL at 017f:……” The “017f:” is a common number in the error message. The string of numbers after the “:” are always different.

    This happens allot when the program (Picture It 2001) crashes.

      I have no experiance with Picture It 2001. Is that a home publishing/scanning suite. This article pertains to Publisher and is from the MS Knowledge database.

      Only PictureIt seems to have this problem, not Publisher. If this happens to you when you exit the program and you have Norton AntiVirus installed, the fix is easy. Configure NAV so that script blocking is NOT enabled. This is documented on the MS site as well as the Norton site. If you don’t have NAV, …???
