Project group window (VB6 SP5)

I’ve got a project group with three DLL, one of which contains some general utilities
I can compile it on it’s own, but when I add it to a group with the other two, and try and make the group, I get a “Permissions denied …” on it
I’ve also noticed that the project is displayed in bold in the Project Group window, but the other two aren’t – was does the bold signify

Well I can answer my second question, the project in bold signifies the one selected as “Set as Start up”
