Process and Tweaks for a new clean Installation of Windows 10 (21H2)

Someone here (possibly a manager or mod) on AskWoody, wrote up their procedure for installing and tweaking Windows 10.  It was very thought out and detailed.

But I can’t find it using the search…. unless I’ve gone completely mad and it was a hopeful dream.

Any help with a link?

You can do a lot of them with my CMsStdSettingsForm.ps1 program available here.

The program also allows you to save your changes to reapply after updates, often necessary!

I didn’t see a pretty important tip mentioned in that guide.  In normal use of Windows, you should always be logged into a user level account, not an administrator.  You will need a separate administrator account, password protected, available to give access to software installs when you choose to do them.  This means your computer should always have at least two accounts – the limited user account you use, and the administrator that you never use, only give the password for when you are about to install something or perform another dangerous task.
