I have been using Firetrust Benign for several years without trouble. On 3 Feb B9 quit scanning incoming e-mail and quit filling in the log of messages scanned, all for no apparent reason. Also the footnote is not added to outgoing messages.
I am using Windows XP SP/2 and Outlook Express.
The B9 program is active in the lower tray.
I have followed the troubleshooting guide to check POP3 server settings and the Account Properties to make sure .b9 has been added to the end of the POP3 server setting.
I have checked the Symantec Internet Security Firewall to ensure that B9 is “allowed”.
My question is: What should I now do to get this B9 program working again?
