hi dear @abbodi86
in my windows 7 x86 when I use BypassESU-v11 then not start office 2010 (word and picture manager) and I cannot remove or repair the office 2010 (error osetup.dll ) when i remove BypassESU-v11 this problem is solved.
please help me or send this problem for @abbodi86 to update the BypassESU-v11

see the notice:

– Important Notice about the .NET 4 ESU Bypass

it has incompatibility issue and may cause msiexec.exe or other programs to stop working
therefore, it’s recommended to install it only when new .NET 4 updates are available, then remove it after installing the updates

if it fails to install .NET 4 updates, use the standalone .NET 4.x ESU installer

I met the same issue, but I didn’t uninstall the .NET 4 ESU Bypass. I found the x64 office 2010 won’t work, but x86 version is working fine. So I uninstall the x64 version and switch to x86 version, looks all good until now. Hope this may help you.
