One of the co-workers in our office enters appointments on her calendar. They show up on her calendar but not for others to view in “Attendee Availability”. She does not mark them private. I feel her settings must have gotten changed somehow but I can’t seem to find the problem. Thanks to anyone out there for your help.

AskWoody LoungerNovember 1, 2001 at 2:19 pm #549635If the problem has not always been there, you might try starting outlook on her computer with the /CleanFreeBusy switch. (Start, Run then type: Outlook.exe /CleanFreeBusy)
I’ve also seen this show up when there was a problem with the mailbox on the Exchange server, or a problem with Exchange replicating free/busy between a host server and the primary site server.

AskWoody LoungerNovember 1, 2001 at 8:31 pm #549707OK, what am I doing wrong? I tried the full path C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeOutlook.exe/CleanFreeBusy. This is the message: “Cannot find file. Make sure the path & filename are correct & that all required libraries are available.” Is the “CleanFreeBusy” and extension? I don’t know what I’m doing here but I can follow directions. Thanks.
