Prob with MS Expression Web (2003)

Hi all.

I have a strange problem. After installing MS Expression Web, every time I start Outlook, a dialogue appears that says it is configuring Expression Web and then asks for a restart at the end.
If I run Expression on its own, everything works normally. It is not til I open OL that this occurs.

Anyone heard of this or can point me towards a cure?
