I have a list of tests that different staff members have to take depending on their department and their credentials. What I want to be able to do is include the file name and path in the database. Then I want to be able to select department and credentials from a form and press a button which then causes a specific printer to print the tests, with duplexing of the documents.

Any direction would be helpful. Thank you for your time. Fay

To print a series of documents using the defaults set by the user, you can adapt the code from post 534,841.
If you want more control over the printer and the printout, you’ll probably have to use Automation to control Word from Access. My fellow moderator WendellB has a good introduction on his website, with useful links: Automation 101.
If you want more specific help, please provide more detailed information.
