I need to be able to print labels (8 to a page) with every second pair of labels upside down so that they can be folded. I can easily control 2 sets of text and image boxes that are used alternately but is there a way to print the text upside down? I know that Access itself cannot do it so is there any 3rd party software that can do it? I looked at Total Access Memo but it does not claim to be able to print inverted text.

      Two freeware solutions in Access:
      RotateText
      Cruquius Soft Tilt 1.2

Another possibility is to create the labels in Word and to use a mail merge to populate them from Access. Text in a table in Word can be rotated over -90 degrees and +90 degrees, achieving the effect of upside down text.

The Lebans solution should do the job. They actually want to print each second pair of records upside down. I can use Mod to control which set of controls are visible. They also had a solution to change the colour of control buttons – very useful, thanks for the tip.
