My wife and I are running win 10 and share a networked printer but the standard print function on the share tab will not work for her.
She selects a file and clicks print. The print pictures box appears as normal and everything works fine until she presses the Print button.
It shows “Please Wait” for about 1/2 sec and then goes back to the first screen but nothing happens.
Doing the same thing on my computer works perfectly.
If she uses a print routine built into a program that works fine.
Any ideas?
