If you open the Distribution List, you should just be able to choose File-Print. You may need to change the page setup if it isn’t displaying all of the items in the list that you want it to.

      Hope this helps!

The distribution list is part of the Global Address List – I access it by going to the Address Book – print is not an option there.

I’ve previously posted an Excel utility that lets you enter a DL list name, then comes back with the members. I lost my copy when I got a new system:((( but if you do a search in the outlook forum on distribution list I think it will turn up. I would have provided a reference, but the search feature is down at the moment. As an alternative, you could ask your Exchange admin to export the list for you.

OldDog, can you find the Excel utility you wrote about, to bring back all the members of a Distribution List? I am having trouble finding it….

Now that search is back: perhaps post 114386? Another one is post 198678, but that seems less relevant for this thread.

Here you go. You’ll find a box at the top left where you enter the name of the DL. You must match the case exactly. When you hit enter the sheet will be filled with the list members.
