Still using Office 2000 in our leading-edge Company!!

A co-worker selected 2 non-contiguous ranges in an Excel sheet and wanted to print them both on the same page, but Excel insisted on putting them on 2 separate pages even with Fit to 1 page (wide and tall) selected. Is it possible to do this?

Re Office 2000: be careful what you wish for.

Excel prints selections on separate pages.
Have your co-worker copy and paste the two selections on a separate sheet and print that sheet.

Depending on the layout of the data, another possibility if the data is non-contiguous but in the same columns or rows might be …
“Rows to repeat at top” using first range
“Columns to repeat at left” using first range

Also, as indicated by Jim Cone above, if calculations are a problem in the paste, try a copy and “paste special” > “Values and number formats” of each section.

Consider adding a Custom View. It may require re-working the spreadsheet to do so, but once completed works great.

Set hidden columns and/or rows. Set print range and other print settings, then select Custom View, give it a name and Add.

Suggestion: When I use Views I create two views, one for viewing/printing the printable area and the other to re-set to the original condition.
