Is there a way to disable the print screen key?
Thanks,
Deborah

Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

Which version of Windows? There are numerous keyboard remapping utilities available, some . KeyTweak will do the deed for Windows 2000/XP, for instance. You might find others at Freeware Home – System Utilities > Keyboard Tools.

I have a computer base training module out there and I want to make sure the user can not copy the test questions. I have been able to disable the right click and the copy in internet explorer does not copy and paste the module. I know that there are some savvy users out there and I just want them to not be able to capture the screen image and paste in word.
Now that I know what you’re looking for I’d say you’re on a losing quest. If I’m ever in such a situation, I simply find what I’m after in the browser cache and “steal” it from there. I’m sure other “savvy” users can do the same. There are probably a dozen other ways to achieve this. I’m afraid that once you’ve served a webpage to a browser, you’ve served it up on a platter, for the user to use as they wish.

WOW! I must be living in the dark ages. I would not have imagined that people would do all that stuff. Anyway, it is an AHA CPR test and we monitor who takes the test. Usually, it has been hand written so I decided to get approval to generate a CBT to help out the instructors. I can secure it to one PC but I don’t think I can secure it anymore!!!
THANKS for everyone’s input!
