Actual spreadsheet is 6 columns fits one page. Rows at 100% fits 1.5 pages. Set print area for these columns and rows. When page setup scaling fit to one page is selected, the following happens.
Print preview and scaling self adjust to 10%.
Print preview displays 6 pages at 10%.
Hard copy is at actual size, 1.5 pages.
No macros in spreadsheet. How do I get this to scale to one page instead of six? Thanks…..

I guess that you need to attach your workbook. I followed your instructions and got a single page at 67% hard & preview, running XL2K, SR1. Have you tried it with a new workbook? –Sam

We tried a different printer with favorable results then went back to the default printer and got favorable results there too. Go figure!!! Thanks…..
