    Hello.
I have an Access database and when I select ‘File’-‘Print’, the print dialog box appears and it reflects my local printer. When I click ‘Print’, it prints it to a network printer. Any idea what is happening and how to resolve?
    Thanks!!

I don’t know if it is relevant to this specific problem, but Track Name AutoCorrect Info is known to cause problems with printer settings. If this check box is ticked (in the General tab of Tools | Options…), clear it. Note that this is a database-level setting – you have to clear the check box in each database.

Nope…I always remove that as it kills my reports. It must be something else.

If this is about printing a report, see if switching between ‘default printer’ and ‘specific printer’ one or more times (in the Page tab of File | Page Setup…) helps.
