We are still on Outlook 2003 – we want to offer our users the ability to print individual threads within an email. So, rather than print the entire email, they would be able to print just the last part of the email conversation (effectively the ‘reply’ rather than the entire email thread).

I know that there is no way that Outloo can handle this itself – but have any of you any experience of any utilities that do this (or anything similar) What are they, and are they any good?

Hi Alba,

If you highlight the text you want, right click it and select copy, then paste it into ‘notepad’ or ‘wordpad’ then print it.
