    A2k (9.0.4402) SR-1

    What is best way to print a 1-page certificate completely in Access on blank paper 8

      I see no problem to do it in Access as a report.
      Your traditional scroll boarder has to be imported as an image.
      Roman font has to be on your pc

      you could also try creating it as a form and printing that.
