Hi. I had set my folders with the preview pane on. All of a sudden, it seems like it turned off by itself. Now some folders have the preview pane but a lot don’t. What happened? How do I turn it on again for all folders without having to click on each folder and turning it on one by one? Help!

view | current view | customize views. it’s under the setting button in modify (i think) it should then apply to all views using that view, but you may need to use the view dropdown (advanced toolbar) to change the view on some folders.

Hi MJ. Thank you for replying. You pointed me in the right direction! But instead of View > Current View > Customize Views, I did View > Current View > Define Views > select View Name > Modify > Other Settings > check Show Preview Pane > Ok > Ok > Apply View. This turns on the Preview Pane in all the folders that use the selected View Name. Thanks a lot again! You saved me a lot of time and frustration. smile
