    Hi,

The attached scrn. shot shows how the Notes Pages extends beyond the Slide width.

How can I make them equal?

    TIA,

    m.q.

Why would you want to do so?

Select View | Model | Notes Model.
Click inside the notes area. You will see a grey border around it.
You can resize the notes area by dragging one of little circles in the gray border (see attached picture).
You can move the notes area by dragging another part of the grey border.
Close the Notes Model when you’re done.

        Hi,

That option doesn’t exist in XP.
However I was able to go in Print Preview mode and adjust the width of the box.

Problem is, I have to do each box manually, one-by-one. Tedious.
But also as it’s a manual task with the mouse, therefore introduces error as every box will not have the same width.

Any established method within PPoint would be very useful.

        Best regards,

        m.q.

I am using PowerPoint XP. By setting the notes ares size in the Notes model, it will hold for all slides, ulnless you modified the notes area in those slides manually. You can re-apply the notes model from the Format menu (Format | Notes Layout, check the last check box)

You can’t resize anything in print preview, so you must have used something else to do so.

            That’s cool.

But I cannot find any mention of the “Notes Model” either in PPointXP or even in it’s Help File?

I’m sorry, I was translating from Dutch back into English and made a mistake. I meant master instead of model.

Try View | Master | Notes Master.

              Got it. Cool stuff.
