Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
PPT works fine on my system, but when i go to a friends system win98 and try to insert a chart, the datasheet goes crazy. Clicking in a square and typing a percentage, say, 22% locks up the data sheet, or changes the keystrokes so the next cell gets the Shift+n characters (like ‘$’ instead of 4).
Is this a known bug or am I just using it wrong?
