    Hi,

Let’s say I am on Slide 15 & now I want to preview the Notes Pages I just typed up.

So I choose Print Preview & hey, it jumps to Slide No. 1.
So now I have to browse manually to Slide 15.

Is it possible to change this behaviour so previewing the slide does not jump to the start of the slides?

    TIA.

No. The notes view is a pretty accurate display of what would be printed anyhow, so why bother to Print Preview it. In addition, those notes are intended to be Speaker Notes, not handouts, so most presenters don’t worry much about format. In addition, many people now use laptops that can display the slide image via a projector, and display the notes view on their own LCD display. In order to effectively use tools such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel, you need to understand what it was designed to do, much as you would a hammer, a screwdriver and a saw.
