When the monitor is set at 800×600, the pop-out window of Internet Explorer will shift to the right side of the screen that makes about 1/4 of the window be cut off. To see the complete window, I have to drag the window to the right position …everytime. It’s very annoying.

However, if I set the monitor at 1024×768, all the pop-out windows will be positioned at the center of the screen.

I went to my insurance agent office yesterday, it seemed that he got the same problem at his Window 2000 system. I did not asked him to test it at higher resolution.

The first thing I would try would be to update that old Internet Explorer 2.0 exclamation

Sorry, its was my mistake. IE version should be 6.00.2600.

This is standard when you go from a high res to a lower res screen. The program windows need to be resized to fit the NEW or lower settings.
