Pop up from IE11 to reset my browser

Lately I am getting a pop up when I open a new website. It is from https://ie11Welcome.Microsoft.com/en-us/index.html and it ask me to reset my browser setting and news feed. Does anyone know where this is coming from and how I can stop it?

Windows 7 with IE 11 on a desktop

I’m getting it also, Window 7, IE11.

If you untick the boxes then click save, it goes away for a couple of days, then it returns.

So it appears that Microsoft have come up with another way aggravate us.

Could it not be part of the price you pay for still using IE?
