I keep seeing refernce to pocket access, but cannot find the program listed anywhere. I have a Toshiba pocket pc and want to put some access info into it. Can anyone help? The menu has an option to synchronise but cant find the base program

AFAIK, there isn’t a pocket Access application. The Microsoft ActiveSync app will convert data from an MDB file to the CDB format which can be read by applications on PocketPC OS.

I’ve written an application to use Pocket ADO (called ADOCE) to read/write data from a converted CDB file, then syncronized the data back to the parent MDB file on the desktop.

I’ve never seen a Pocket Access from MS, although there are quite a few alternative database apps from 3rd party vendors.

You may want to check the PocketPCforum for Pocket Access.
