A friend gets an error message saying the file PNCRT.DLL is missing when he starts up his Compaq Presario. I checked on my Dell and the file exists in WINDOWS/SYSTEMS. Does anyone know what the file does or which program it is associated with? Would it be OK to copy it from my computer and copy it to his??
