Not sure where to post this so I’ll starting here.

I had been getting the free newsletter and signed up for plus at the end of Nov. I’m got a couple of issues of plus via email but haven’t received 12/19 and 12/26. I am still getting the free version and am able to read the full content online.

How do I fix that?

I show both got sent, can you look in the spam folder?  Sometimes the emails end up in the spam folder

Thanks for the reply, Susan. I generally check spam email 2 or 3 times a day and have not seen it, plus I’ve been getting the free version without any issues.

The last plus letter I received was 12/12. I have been meaning to unsubscribe from the free letter since I was getting both at first.

If there is something I can do on my end please let me know.

I would whitelist editor@askwoody.com in your email settings.  Is there a spam folder you have that you can look in?

I’ve found the answer. Only one other person has access to the email and mistakenly put them in the trash. So, I’ve found them, thanks again and sorry to waste your time.
