Sorry but I could not find any other place to post this. I was in what I thought was a support forum but found no way to create a new post. I don’t use this forum very often and really don’t know how to navigate it well. If an admin wants to move this, it works for me if I can stay subscribed and find any reply.
I have been dealing with Susan Bradley for over a week now about the expiration date of my Plus Membership. She has had a lot of difficulty in getting emails to me to answer my question. I am in hopes she sees this and replies so I know the status of my account.
On Nov. 19, 2024, I extended my membership by 1 year and sent proof to her by using the receipt I received from her. The expiration date should now reflect that by displaying Dec. 15, 2027. It does not, it says Dec. 15, 2026. I have been trying for days to get an answer from her. Since I did not find a way to use PMs here in this forum, this was my last recourse.
Again, I hope I get a reply from Susan Bradley letting me know what’s going on with my Plus Membership.
