All of a sudden I am getting a pop up that says “Please insert a disk into Removable Disk (H:) ”

This does not make sense to me as there is no Drive or Disk H. I have Windows 10 Home  Version 1909 OS Build 18363.1256 with the Edge browser on a desktop. I have installed KB4586786 on 11/12/2020,  KB4023057 on 11/20/2020, KB4592449 on 12/9/2020 and a Canon Driver update on 11/17/2020. Has there been any problems with these updates that would cause such a problem? Thank you, TomSInsert-disk-1

Mod edit: to reflect the proper device in title and post.

Check in Device Manager for disk drives and uknown devices (yellow exclamation marks). Post a screenshot of anything odd.

      It says H, not E.

Have you mounted an .ISO… drive lately and forgot to eject ? Maybe that drive is still used by an application.
If so, mount again and eject.
