Client has selected the “pie chart” stationary but when email is sent the copy in the sent folder has either stripped the stationary or has turned it white. On the receiving end, at least when I asked to have an email sent to me, I see the stationary as expected, salmon pink color.

Client is not using Word as editor.

I have been told other stationary choices display as expected so I am wondering it there is a corrupt stationary file but it arrives and displays fine for me.

Anyone with experience in the pie chart stationary or stationary that goes white upon sending?

    Thanks,

    Jester

The Pie Chart stationery works OK for me – it displays the same in Sent Items.
But if the message looks OK in the Inbox, the problem doesn’t appear to be with the stationery itself.
You could, however, uninstall then reinstall the Outlook stationery on the client’s PC (Add or Remove Programs, Microsoft Office 2003, Change, Add/Remove Components).

        Thanks.

It works OK for me as well. The strange thing is I made a screen shot of the stationary and sent it in an email using the stationary in question. Both the stationary and the screen shot displayed as white. when I sent the screen shot as a jpg attachment and the client opened up the attachment (probably in IE) the colors were present as normal.

I uninstalled Office 2003, deleted the All Users folder under MSOCache, reinstalled and issue remains.

I am beginning to think this is a user profile issue.
