I am using Windows ME and have this problem. When I go to my picture folder and try to print a picture, all I get is a blank page. There is a message just before this that states that the picture is being sent to the printer spool. What I am using is the quick time picture viewer of 2.03.51 and made by apple computer. Is there a way to print my picture using this program as it came with the program. I am just getting into the digital camera picture taking and would like to print my pictures. I have looked at the information on my computer about picture viewer and can not get it to print pictures. Where can I get more detailed information on how to use the program?

Just a few thoughts re your problem:

Have you tried the “Troubleshooting” program or “Help” for your printer?
Do the status lights on your printer indicate it is “Receiving Data”?
Is the printer’s memory large enough for the graphics data?
Have you tried the website support for your printer?
Are you printing from “Preview”? If you are, try without previewing (or t’other way around).
Have you checked BEHIND open windows for hidden error or request popunders?

You can always surf the net or check in the “Software Finds and Wants” lounge for a free or shareware graphics program to suit your needs. There are several good ones available!

      Good Luck!!!
