    I have Office 97 with photo editor, and it has worked great until recently. Lately it keeps on telling me that there is “insufficient memory to complete operation” when I try to print anything. I don’t know why. Microsoft refuses to give me tech support, even though I have never used it and should have my 1 free call. Any ideas?

      Whenever you get errors when trying to print, check your temp directories and clean them out. Anything with a *.tmp file can be deleted. That should correct the problem for you.

      FWIW: MS ended free support of office 97 when office xp was released.
