I typically work with bookmarks in word documents and as such I have “show bookmarks” selected in documents. I’ve noticed for some time now that bookmarks seem to be mysteriously generated in word documents named “OLELink1 or OLELink2”. It always seems to be two generated on each document. Even if i’ve deleted it once, they seem to return. I work with word alot and I’m not crazy, Has anyone else seen this or have an explaination to explain this.

This seems to happen if you select a range of text and copy it to the clipboard, but not everytime. If you do a Paste Link to another office document then it always happens, but sometimes it happens if you just Paste to another document.
