pgpExch.dll error message (Outlook2002 SP2)

Some months ago I started getting an error window every time I invoke Outlook2002 The error message shown is quote The add-in “pgpExch.dll” could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load “pgpExch.dll”. You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file. Unquote. After clicking OK to clear the window, Outlook finishes loading and seems to run OK. There is no such .dll file on my hard disk, on the Windows Me CD, nor on the two Office XP CDs. Does anyone know how I can get rid of this error condition?

it’s the pgp addin for outlook. delete extend.dat and restart outlook. That should fix it.
