I’m seeing

Code Integrity is unable to verify the image integrity of the file DeviceHarddiskVolume2WindowsSystem32dsound.dll because the set of per-page image hashes could not be found on the system.

in the event log when I run the gmail phone call app. Everything seems to work, but I’d rather know how to fix this. All suggestions I’ve found short of reinstall are wrong.

Any ideas?
