Yes,

Unable to print to Dell Printer. Reinstalling Printer driver failed.

Removed printer, Installed printer manually, using HP universal printer driver (PCL6)
solved the issue.

PRINTS OK, ALL GOOD.

W-10 Home  BUILD 18362.19H1._RELEASE 190318-1202 installed KB 4549951 on the 27th. A few days later I noticed the printer was wasn’t being seen. I got that resolved by running through the on screen wireless install procedure on the printer itself. Later that same day I wanted to scan something and discovered the scan function of that printer wasn’t being seen.
Resolved that issue similarly. Very annoying.
