Woody was kind enough to escalate the issue when I posted a comment about my SD card issue that happened when I ran the Insider update form 1809 to 1903 v.18362.1. A Microsoft rep was kind enough to get involved, advised me to post Feedback, and also some additional concerning the remapping of my SD card and total corruption of the data. The issue seems to be related to my Realtek card reader. I think the best thing to do is simply remove any SD, or other cards, when proceeding with the upgrade to 1903, when the time comes, then replace it when the feature update is finished installing.

I service computers, so I need to be a part time guinea pig.

there’s a new announcement posted 4/2:
“UPDATE 4/2: We have released Build 18356.21 (KB4496796) to Windows Insiders in the Slow ring who are currently on Build 18356.16. This update will get Insiders who are on Build 18356.16 back into a good state so they can update to Build 18362. We are allowing a few days for this update to roll out before offering Build 18362 – so that means Insiders will still not see Build 18362 offered after updating to Build 18356.21. But stay tuned!”
