    Hello,
I have a report that is made up of several queries and sub-reports.

The paramater is “Grower Number” for this report. When I run the report, it asks me for the “Grower Number” repeatedly instead of just one time. I think it is asking me for the Grower Number for each query and each sub-report.

How can I have it just ask me for the parameter one time?

    Thank you very much

      Take a look at this:

(Can someone please tell me if this is the right way to link to a previous post … should the full path show like this?
      Thank you)

        Hi Thomas,
It’s entirely up to you! You can show the whole URL using
        [ url]http://www.wopr.com[ /url]
        or you can use
        [ url=http://www.wopr.com]Woody’s Lounge[ /url]
        to show a description instead.
(I’ve added spaces so you can see the tags)
        Hope that helps.

The first thing is that you need to make sure you have specified [Grower Number] EXACTLY the same each time. Even a slight difference will cause Access to treat them as separate variables.

You may not need to specify [Grower Number] in the subreports if you setup the subreport control specifying the master/child links.

BTW, what sort of application is this?
