Whenever I design a form that uses page tabs, I run into a problem at opening. The form opens but I can not see the tabs, I always have to scroll up to see the tabs. To work around this I usually add some command buttons to navigate with. What am I doing wrong?

Your form is too big for your screen — that is all!

Alternatively, your tab control may be too big for the size of form you want to use. I assume by “page tabs” you mean a tab control, right? Your tab control needs to fit within the boundaries of the form.
