I have a spreadsheet with a few hundred rows. The same pattern repeats about every 20 rows. With my current screen resolution and zoom preferences I’ve been unable to get exactly one set of the 20 rows on my screen at a time. I would like to be able to press the page down key (or something similar) and have the next set of twenty rows come up. I’m thinking of something similar to a bookmark inserted at a certain point. I have not been able to find anything yet that will work. Any suggestions?

I would think you should be able to do this by selecting the cells you want to view on your screen and hitting your Zoom dropdown button on the toolbar, and choose “selection”. This should zoom it to 20 rows. If your screen is then at that percentage, I would think you’d always see 20 rows.

Thanks. I’ve tried that though. It works okay except that I then can’t “page down” to the next set of rows. When this spreadsheet was initially set up, we could just hit the “page down” key and go to the next set of rows, but that was on a different machine with a different resolution.

It works perfectly for me in a blank worksheet, showing A1 through J20. I hit page down, I’m on A21. What is different about your worksheet that this doesn’t work?

I tried that and it works. My spreadsheet is actually formatted as follows: I have header rows on rows 1 and 2. My data starts on row 3 and goes through row 23. If I select A3 through R23 (R is actually the last column) and choose selection, I get a zoom rate of 92%. Putting my cursor in A3 and hitting page down I go to A28 instead of A24.
