Is it possible to create (and include for use) page borders based on cutom artwork? I am referring to the page borders found at FORMAT-BORDERS & SHADING-PAGE BORDER-ART.

    thanks

      I found this:

      >Can I add custom border art to the border designs that ship with Word?

No. The border art is stored as a collection of designs in a *.bdr file in the C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficeOfficeBorders subfolder.

These images are not available in individual graphics formats such as Windows Metafile (WMF), Tag Image File Format (TIFF), or other graphics formats. In addition, you cannot insert these images into a Word document by inserting from a file (on the Insert menu, point to Picture , and click From File ).

You probably could insert a graphic into the header to simulate the page borders feature. Some mucking about with the margins might be required to get it just right, and file size will be adversely affected, but otherwise, it shouldn’t really be much different than adding a watermark.

You can use BBCodes to format your content.
Your account can't use all available BBCodes, they will be stripped before saving.
