I’m sure there must be a simple answer to this question: When unpacking a presentation using Pack and Go, it has always been necessary to unpack it to a folder in the C drive. The folder had to have 8 or fewer characters. However, I have recently noticed that now one can unpack to any folder within the C drive. When did this change occur? Today, I did a test using PowerPoint 2000. It required me to create a folder of 8 or fewer characters. I did another test using PowerPoint 2002. A window entitled “Pack and Go Setup” came up enabling me to extract to any folder within the C drive. Does anyone know the answer to this? Thank you very much.
