I have been having problems with my inbox archiving for some time now. I think I finally know why it is not archiving, but I can’t figure out what is causing the problem. When I leave work on Friday, I completely shut my computer down. When I log back in on Monday, I get a message saying that Outlook is connecting to the sever. When I can finally view my inbox, all of the messages have the date modified field changed to Sunday’s date. I like to archive messages older than ten days, but with the modified date continually updated every week, I can never reach this point. Also, when I log in on Monday, several old past reminders pop up. I don’t have any similar problems through the week even if I do turn off my computer. Also, none of my other folders seem to be affected. Does anyone have any idea what is going on?
