Out group meeting schedules dont seem to show entries past a month or so in the future apart from the curently logged on person- is this how it should behave? really we want to look at group schedules over a longer period.

How to Set Limits for Publishing Free/Busy Time
On the Tools menu, click Options.
On the Preferences tab, click Calendar Options.
Click Free/Busy Options, and then enter the number of months in the future for which you want to publish the resource’s free/busy time.
Click OK three times.
